Add a cap-full to a bowl and cover with boiling water. Allow to cool slightly, then place a towel over your head to create a steam tent. Breathe deeply and enjoy. A handful can be added to warm bath water, to be used as a bath soak.
*Sensitive skin types: Place yourself a bit further away from the steam, and only steam for a max of 5 minutes. A lower temperature of water and steaming without a towel can also benefit sensitive skin types. Sensitive skin, especially skin with rosacea, is susceptible to broken capillaries and should be treated with minimal steam.
