Add a cap-full to a bowl and cover with hot water. Allow to cool slightly, then place a towel over your head to trap the steam and create a steam tent. Breathe deeply and enjoy. We recommend steaming for about 2 minutes.

*Sensitive skin types: Place yourself a bit further away from the steam, and only steam for a max of 5 minutes. A lower water temperature and steaming without a towel can also benefit sensitive skin types. Sensitive skin, especially skin with rosacea, is susceptible to broken capillaries and should be treated with minimal steam.

Always steam after you wash your face and before any masks or facial treatments.
